AffinQBooking is a channel that offers a platform for customers to book an appointment digitally prior to your branch visit. It allows you to choose the nearest branch, select preferred time and date at your convenience.

For your peace of mind when transacting at our branches, we wish to assure you that all our staff on duty are fully vaccinated and tested every two (2) weeks to ensure that they remain COVID-free.

As part of our Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), our premises are regularly sanitized for the safety and wellbeing of our customers and staff.


Customers must adhere to the Bank's Covid-19 SOP) during visitation as follows:

Customers with temperature above 37.5 degree Celsius and/or having any Covid-19 symptoms will be prohibited from entering the branch premises.
